Multichoice icons are missing

Multichoice icons, i.e. correct, wrong ... , for answers are missing.

The package I downloaded from 'http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/quiz-7.x-5.0-alpha7.tar.gz' does not includes 'multichoice/theme/images/' and 'multichoice/theme/multichoice.css'.

Since there hasn't been a follow up for over a month going to close out. If still needed for 7.0.x (D10.3 + D11) please reopen
