In #2405939: use_current_language upcasting option is misleading, it toggles all overrides not just language → Gabor said we do not require correct data types in non-config files. This is bad code style snd a DX fail I think.
We should change all boolean strings to propper boolean type.

There has been no interest in making this change for 10 years. Is this worth pursuing? Or maybe even defining a standard with an automatic check?
