I've installed 7.x-2.x-dev, added ACE to libraries.
I've set permissions to 'Edit and save CSS - Full Access ' all users have permission.
Not seeing the edit tab, can't edit css files.
Reverting to previous release 7.x-2.12 solves these issues.
