I am novice with Flexiform and I don't know the best place for this question.
I have created my own entity type and I would like to maintain the entities with flexiform
See the attached PDF to know what I have tried to do.
But the result is:

Notice : Undefined index: entity_id dans FlexiformFormEntityLoad->getEntity() (ligne 16 dans /home/casipe/www/dev/sites/all/modules/flexiform/includes/form_entity/load.form_entity.inc).
and no way to add or edit entities
Where I am wrong?
