Add "Exclude these hyperlink selectors" field at Admin configuration page

There are some situations which setting a .noLoadingAnimation class to the hyperlink we want to leave out might be a daunting task.

It would be nice if administrators could also just name the JQuery Selectors of those hyperlink elements they want to leave out from being loading animation triggers.
