The Status report report has a lot of useful information, but it would be improved if there were more links to the appropriate (a) Help page (b) Handbook page (c) Settings page. For example:

The status page has changed in the 9 years since it was opened and work was put into improving the links.
The proposal doesn't met the Criteria for evaluating proposed changes → . In this case, there is not demonstrated demand and support for the change.
