This issue is no longer relevant. I could not reproduce the problem. The link (URL) field no longer appears on the feed page if the link data has not been populated. This change was caused by a large-scale update to the Aggregator entities in #2261425: Streamline aggregator's entities rendering with rest of core → . In the https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/commit/c554974c9c1b5f4bfc7f5... patch the link field was made configurable in the entity display and the aggregator-feed-source.html.twig template was deleted. That template printed the link field without any condition. So the label would have always appeared.
