search in the middle words

I have a field (Autocomplete Deluxe) "city" based on taxonomy vocabulary of all the Italian regions, provinces and cities. With golf country, province, city as an example:

LAZIO (country)
- Rome (province)
- Rome (city)
- Ciampino (city)
- Terni (province)
--Acquapendete (City)
--Barbarano Romano (city)
--Blera (City)
......

I'm trying to use this module but I have two problems and then I would have the following requests for information:

1) the user must specify a city then, Autocomplete Deluxe should show only the third level (city) or prevent the selection of the terms relatives, country and province.

2) disable the search in the middle of words because if I try the city ROMA, the first 26 results are cities that contain the word roma but not the city sought:

Arcinazzo Romano
Bagnara di Romagna
Bagno di Romagna
........
........
.........
..........

Rome 27 is displayed, and this can not work.
