Problem/Motivation

To be fair I have a lot of modules installed but module_filter seems to work well and this seems similar to the UI.

Proposed resolution

  1. Leave the checkbox sizes alone.
  2. Align column with sticky table header.
  3. Try to resolve performance issues.

    Testing out with v4.0.0 for a site with lots of modules. For me, the unresponsiveness seems to happen only in Safari but works fine in Chrome and Edge. Is anyone else facing this browser related issue?
