Closing an unnecessary since we'll deprecate the D7 version shortly.
New custom modules aren't being listed in the available updates right away / at all. But toggling dropfort update on /off seems to make them appear. Check the cache / merge strategy in the code and see if we're removing new entries by accident or if the cache is set to long.
