The issue is that Search API (module) search indexes and views based on such indexes lose filter by entity bundle intermittently, allowing unfiltered data in search results. After manual clearing of APC cache (via APC report) the entity bundle filters temporarily restore on Search API indexes and related views, until flushing all cache in Drupal.
