Closing this issue, since the module is deprecated and no longer supported.
Currently, settings for two key servers can be entered: a primary server and a backup server. The form should display one by default, along with an Add Another Server button, so that any number of servers can be added. Bonus points if they can be reordered.
My understanding is that all servers will share some settings, such as the certificate files, the key retrieval port, and the encryption port. This means that the only field that will be specific to a server is the host name (or IP). I will confirm that this is the case.
