Lots of errors after aegir / multisite install

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can make sense of these errors. I followed the steps in the readme file. The status report of my website tells me APC is loaded. However, right after I enabled the APC module, the following notices (but with error status) are thrown. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that I'm installing on Aegir / multisite or not...
