Always exporting first page of data

I created a views and attached 'Data Export' to one of the page. In views admin UI when I change the page_no. of view page and export it is working fine and I can see url in small xls icon with url http://localhost:9999/search-export?......&page=3&..... But when if I try the same thing with normal views url (NOT from admin views UI), even though I change page number to different, it always exports first page. Also now, I can see the url in small xls icon is missing page query string. I am not using ajax.
