Comparison of Table of Contents / TOC modules

Hello. In recent times there has been a large number of 'Table of Contents' modules created for Drupal-7. Many have overlapping functionality, some have features that others do not (and vice-versa), and some implement a TOC in an 'inefficient' manor (I am talking about RegEx). Ultimately, there is no single module that does everything and does it well.

To begin addressing these issues, I have created a comparison page. See Comparison of Table of Contents / TOC modules.
Could you please update the feature set relevant to this module on that page, so that it is up to date.

Second, I propose the various module authors get together and work on a single full-featured Table of Contents module. I am not sure of the best place to begin this process (ie where to talk). I have posted this same 'issue' in all module issue queues. Perhaps one of the existing modules can be 'converted' into the super module, such as the 'toc' module (currently the "jQuery Table Of Contents" module, which could be moved to an aptly named project 'jquery_page_toc').
