Doubling my styles

I was using the module fine, editing my css without any issues and then all of a sudden I started having this issue with it producing 2 sets of my css code. So when I make updates it only edits the 2nd version of the code in which it does not apply automatically. So in order to see any changes I make I have save and refresh the page.

I'm using the Omega theme, and have done so with Live CSS for several other projects without issue. In the listing of css style sheets to edit I am finding 2 of the default.css stylesheets used with Omega. The are both the same and if I edit one it's like I'm editing both. Just kind of weird.

I'm attaching a screen shot of what my css looks like in firebug. In which you can see that the styles are doubling and the 2nd set is being overwritten by the first and again when I make any edits via Live CSS it only applies to the 2nd set.

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. This module speeds up my production greatly and I'd hate to have to go back to edit, save and refreshing my css.
