Views exposed filters reset button jumps to top of page using content pane

When clicking the reset button instead of refreshing the view display via ajax, the page jumps to the top so then it is necessary to scroll back down to the filters. I have tested this in views without panels and it refreshes as expected. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
