Language path prefix problem

Hi,

i have found a problem in a multilanguage site with custom languages, it is possible to define a language like this "es-MX" for Mexican spanish, with a custom path prefix like "mx". The problem is that Custom Breadcrumbs use language code to path prefix and not the $language->prefix.

I send a patch that corrects this in custom_breadcrumbs_paths.
