Should be able to display rendered fields in message

The message_notify_example module offers code to send emails and creates a message view that implements rendered fields from the message entity. Message Subscribe should be able to display a view that renders fields as well as its default saved message. I think the user should be able to choose between the subscribe message and/or the email message.

I propose adding two additional $subscribe_options to message_subscribe_send_message(), to determine what message should be used to store the message. I'm uploading a patch that achieves this.
