I've tried the latest dev version 7.x-1.x-dev of oEmbed with the latest dev version 7.x-2.x-dev of File Entity and 7.x-2.x-dev of Media. It was exciting to see how well oEmbed is dealing with Flickr and Slideshare (comparing with other solutions for these two media sources), and hoped it could nicely cover video as well, however it seems not working for Youtube and Vimeo, in either node view (teaser) or node edit (preview) modes. Although, oEmbed test worked ok for sample Youtube and Vimeo links in Configuration/Media/oEmbed/test.
Would there need to be some special settings to make oEmbed working for Youtube and Vimeo?
