The License GeoIP Database download URL format is now have "date" query:
http://download.maxmind.com/app/geoip_download?edition_id=133&date=&suffix=tar.gz&license_key=
It would be nice to have an interface to select date at Smart IP admin page for Maxmind binary database licensed version.
