Embedding on https sites on is broken because _gist_display_embed() adds a script to 'http://gist.github.com/'
Modern browsers will block the request on HTTPS sites.
Changing it to the protocol agnostic '//gist.github.com' will work on both HTTP and HTTPS sites.
