Using jQuery Validation Plugin version 1.11.1 or later

Is there anything that would stop me from using either the latest 1.11.1 release:

or even the latest version from Github form 9 days ago:
https://github.com/jzaefferer/jquery-validation

I didn't see anything in the docs here:
