Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$machine_name in ctools_export_load_object() (line 518 from ctools/includes/export.inc)

I've allocated many PHP-warnings produced by ctools on 'quicktabs' objects case 'machine_name' property is absent.

I've found place where those property was removed and suppouse those step is wrong and should be used on $settings array (copied from quicktabs object) only.

My patch fixed those warnings and my site works with them properly.
