I required the functionality to optionally enable limiting resource conflicts within a content type.
Example:
Without patch: You have 3 content types. Resource conflict is enabled on all 3 content types. All 3 content types are in the same resource conflict pool.
My Patch: A new optional checkbox to enable the patch only for that content type. Checkbox: Restrict conflicts to this content type.
Content Type A: Has Resource conflict enabled, and not "restrict to content type" selected.
Content Type B: Has Resource conflict enabled, and not "restrict to content type" selected.
Content Type C: Has Resource conflict enabled AND "Restricted to content type".
Content types A and B care about ALL content types from A, B & C, because they are not restricted to the content type. Content type C however only cares about it's own conflicts since it is enabled.

I had this programmed for me, so I welcome any changes. I hope this functionality gets added into the official release.
