I was just having a think about issue #2048057: Rules support → and I thought it may be a better approach to make sites entities. This would allow custom fields and automatically integrate with rules for creation and deletion. Is this worthwhile?

As this module has not been maintained for some time, I am closing this ticket as “outdated”. A new version of sites which is architecturally and technically unrelated to the Drupal 6 and Drupa 7 versions will be published here soon.
