I'm new to Drupal and to this module in specific.
I want to use this module for a system ticket but i want to customize it.
For example, for the ticket we have the view "view" and the view edit. I would like to put these in a single view, like a form, and when i consult the ticket and go to this view i have all the fields that i filled with information i've putted there previously like a form. And according to my role, i can edit some fields and others i can't. The fields, i want to custom them to my needs.
Is this possible? If it is, how should i proceed?
