extend user one capability to specific user role

Hi Ki,

First off, thanks for developing this module. It does 90% of what I was looking for. I did want to extend the capability of the user one module though. In addition to protecting the user one, I also wanted to be able to protect any user that is part of a particular role (e.g. administrators). So I added the ability to pick a role in the configuration screen which should enjoy the same protections as user 1. I have attached a patch that provides that additional feature set. Please take a look at it and let me know if it meets the standards for inclusion into the next release. If there is anything that you would like me to change, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cheers.
Mitch
