At the moment the results of a review with no issues found look something like this:

Problem about this is that people sometimes don't understand what this means - it's just empty.
I'd propose to introduce a simple message like the following if the results of the automated tests have been empty:
Yay, no issues have been found in your project!
But note that as this is an automated review there's always a chance of missed issues and false positives.
