As I'm triaging the D7 queue here wonder if this is still desired before D7 core EOL?
When I try to translate a quiz with multichoice questions, the multichoice questions translations are created.
However, in the edit form the answers show a "This field has been disabled because you do not have sufficient permissions to edit it." message and is not possible to fill the translation quiz.
The issue reason is that the saving always expect the form format instead of the "db" format.
