Display update number when performing updates using update.php

Problem/Motivation

I had an update run for 20 hours before I stopped it, but I wasn't able to tell which update it was. It would be very helpful to display the update number when running update.php, and I consider it a bug that the current code doesn't show this information.

@DarrellDuane, thanks for the report and making a patch!

I don't see a bug here, so changing to a task. I asked in #bugsmash about this problem. darvanen replied saying this "would be very useful in a very small number of cases". Therefor, I am also changing to Minor.

Also, I know it's extremely confusing, but update.php is really the "database update system" component, while "update.module" is for the Update Manager that tells you if you're missing any newer releases of the stuff your site is running...
