Support for Aside region

Twitter bootstrap provides very distinct use of the Aside (sidebar) region (e.g. http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/examples/fluid.html, but also stuff like http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/javascript.html#affix), but Panels Bootstrap Layouts assumes you don't use sidebars at all. For instance when I choose a Three column 4-4-4 layout AND use a sidebar-element (a block) the thirth column of the Panel is forced below the second one . This is because both the Panel and the Aside use .span4, consequently filling a row with 3+1 .span4

So either it should be made obvious that the module doesn't support use of the Aside or functionality should be added to make the markup change when an Aside is used. The later seems rather complicated to me, because of the many layout options.

Filed this under feature request rather then bug report, both could apply though.
