Closing since the Drupal 6.x version is no longer maintained.
I have installed the libraries file signature: thomasjbradley-signature-pad-v1.5.0-5-g4114ebd.zip (it took me long time to find out, we need an older version).
It works only in CCK. It also shows up at webform configuration page, but it did not show up when you edit an node with webform components.
When I create a new webform node, it appears first time at webform type, but I cannot create the signature type, it says: webpage cannot be found. I have installed, uninstalled over 10 times. Still it does not work with webform.
Anyone got the same problem?
