I need help once again please regarding the Support Ticketing System. I’m using this module for an urgent project.
How can I edit the “Project” caption/label and make it into something else, like “Category”? Also, I’d like to add sub-projects or sub-categories. Does anyone have an add-on or an idea on how to go about this?
