Link not translated when shown through Panels

Hello,

I created a couple of Link fields under a page called 'mypage' using content type "Basic Page". Fulfilled them in the site default language (English) with the following titles: 'See our feature tour' and 'Visit our page' respectively.

After that, I translate these links to Spanish and French. Finally, I created a panel used as default front-page for the website (path: /welcome) which, among other data, show these links.

On one hand, if I access directly the 'Basic page':

The links appear as translated.

On the other hand, if I acces the 'front_page' as:

The links do not appear translated. Instead, it just the default language version (so English) meanwhile all the other data and fields do appear translated (anyway through panels).

Panels version: 7.x-3.3

Some idea on that?

Thank you.

Well for me this rather sounds like a setup issue with Panels. Any content page rendering tool in Drupal like Views or Panels need to be set up carefully to register language requests correctly. But this was surely a completely different story back in the days than today and it makes no sense to reply to this no more from today's perspective. Apart from that: Link module is in Drupal core now. I'll close this issue due to inactivity for 12 years and upcoming EOL of Drupal 7 in January 2025 . While the project version for Drupal 7 will keep providing support for security issues and website breaking bug fixes for Drupal 7, we should try to minimize the open issues for Drupal 7 in the queue as much as possible. Thanks for the report and all the efforts in here. Feel free to re-open if you can provide a fix or found an additional related problem which increases the issue priority to "Critical" here.
