The MediaOEmbedStreamWrapper does not implement the necessary funtions to perform basic read operations. This causes warnings and errors in modules that acts on file update/insert hooks.
Also, the MediaReadOnlyStreamWrapper that it implements, overrides a lot of the usual stream methods with invalid ones that just returns FALSE.
