Delete these accounts

I'm pasting a request here that I cannot complete for PixelCrayons.

Parvesh wishes to change the username on his profile to one that is already taken on a blocked profile. Can you assist?

Could you please do the following?

• Delete https://drupal.org/user/1356290
• Delete https://drupal.org/user/828578
• Once both of the above are done, please change the username of https://drupal.org/user/685088 to pixelcrayons (all small letters)
