It would be great to have an option that turned "Load More" into a Facebook-like pagination, that collapses oldest comments and shows all of them when a link is clicked. The attached patch does it. It adds a new option (checkbox) labeled "Load all". If checked, when "Load More" link is clicked, all remaining items from the view are displayed (yes, all of them, regardless the number of items per page set) and the "Load More" link disappears. Ajax must be enabled.
