Closing a lot of ancient (> 4 years) issues. It's fine to re-open if you think there's something of value to be discussed.
Currently only menu's that container links are displayed. Queried from table menu_links. Wouldn't it be better to show all available menu's. Maybe not all menu's have links in it yet. In my case I have to menu's per language and >40 languages.
I made a small patch.
