Add Kurdish language (Latin script) to l.d.o

Dear Drupal Community,

We are a group of students and computer scientists who have been working in the field of web development for many years. We are very happy to use CMS Drupal and have been using it to design most of our projects. Most of our websites are designed in Kurdish. In that case, we are translating the strings in Kurdish for each website since there is no Kurdish in Drupal. Each web designer has to translate everything manually which is very time consuming. Therefore, we would like to translate it to Kurdish and make it available to Drupal Community.

Although there is already Kurdish written with Arabic letters in Drupal, this is not very helpful since there are around 30 million Kurds that use Kurdish written with Latin letters and not Arabic. These people are not able to read and use the Kurdish language that is written with Arabic letters. That is the reason why we would like to translate is using Latin alphabet.

We would be very happy to be a part of a new project or a new opportunity in order to translate Drupal into Kurdish. Perhaps, we could name it as project ku_la (Kurdish Latin). Thank you for taking time for our email. We would be very happy to hear a positive feedback.
