Two related issues:
1. If Multiple E-Mail Addresses module is installed, Support only recognizes/uses the primary email address.
2. If a Support ticket email comes in from one of the secondary addresses, a warning appears acknowledging that there is already a user with that email address. However, Support will still create a new user with that email.
I really need to get Support to recognize multiple email addresses per user. Is that at all possible?
