Send notification emails on cron run only

Thanks for making this great module. I use it on all of my Drupal sites.

The only thing that I wish were different about this module is that it sends a notification email of every update -- I want to be notified if the profile is updated, but I only want one email about it. So if someone edits their user profile 7 times, I would only get one email about the update...

Is it possible to have the module send out the notifications when cron runs, and only one email per updated user?
