links not shown and not editable after update of link module

updating from 7.x-1.0-alpha3 to 7.x-1.0

causes that the whole block containing 3 links is gone.
in edit interface some information seems to be missing. e.g. link category is unchecked. some descriptions are missing.
at the update process with drush no error was displayed.
since i am a drupal noop i only can guess that maybe it has something to do with update 7000 or/and 7001:

i append a dump of table field_config_instance old and new version.

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. And there seem to be no other users joining with similar issues here. Apart from that: Link module is in Drupal core now. I'll close this issue due to inactivity for 12 years and upcoming EOL of Drupal 7 in January 2025 → . While the project version for Drupal 7 will keep providing support for security issues and website breaking bug fixes for Drupal 7, we should try to minimize the open issues for Drupal 7 in the queue as much as possible. Thanks for the report and all the efforts in here. Feel free to re-open if you can provide a fix or found an additional related problem which increases the issue priority to "Critical" here.
