Custom Breadcrumbs and Entity Reference Prepopulate on node create/edit form?

I was hoping to get a custom breadcrumb on a node creation form with an entity referenced from Entity Reference Prepopulate. Is that possible?

Example: I have an Organic Group group content that references it's group name through the URL like so: node/add/event?og_group_ref=260

The custom breadcrumb works great on the node, but what about the node creation form?

The token I am using is [node:og-group-ref:0:nid] is there another token I should be using?
