Features for an automatic menu setting depending on the current viewed node

Especially for content creators a features for an automatic menu setting depending on the current viewed node would be awesome.

Node-hierarchy does a good job but does not work with the default menu system.
I also tried several other modules but none was really cool.

Especially for site creators and architects this would really improve the way to build a site structure.
Also most people think and plan in "sitemaps" and such a site structure should easily be build via menus.

Currently I use Taxonomies and Taxonomy-Menues for this but there a still some disadvantages or missing features.

    Thanks for raising an issue!

    I'm having a bit of a hard time fully understanding the IS, but it sounds like this could be easily done by adding a menu block. You should be able to configure a menu block to display the menu with hierarchy.
