assistance with setup

Hi
I have read the documentation but I am not sure how to set these breadcrumbs.

I have custom content split into various categories based on taxonomy. Each term has it's own view-based menu page so the structure is

Home - taxonomy menu page - article

I am unsure what terms I can use in the titles and paths fields on the configuration pages. Are there any tutorials around?
