Testing on Drupal 11.x and the database configuration form uses 'Database' before the name, username and password.

When entering the DB information during install, at least for MySql, what is entered is not a 'Database password', but rather a password for the database user.
I remember as a Drupal beginner being confused by this, and kept adding new users and passwords for each DB.
It also makes us look bad having inaccurate terminology there. (That is, assuming DBs other than MySql are structured the same way, which I don't know.)
So, assuming non-MySql DBs function the same way, we should change the prompt from 'Database password' to something like 'Database user password'.
