Home breadcrumb rendered as plain text on a calendar view page

I have a Calendar view in path /calendar. Custom breadcrumbs is set to base the breadcrumbs on the menu structure.

I correctly get Home >> Calendar, but the home breadcrumb is plain text, not a link. For what it's worth, I also had the exact same issue on this page when testing the menu breadcrumb module.
