Add three new features to the module

We add three new features to this module, How this module patch works:
1.Reverse the order of term:
In the hierarchical term format setting form. If we chose "The selected term and all of its parents, also children come first" of "Terms to display" dropdown list. The order of term will be reversed in display page.
2.Exclude term if you don't want to display:
In the hierarchical term format setting form. We can input the term name in "exclude term" textarea which we want to exclude. If we do this, these terms will not show in display page.
3.Remove duplicated term:
In the hierarchical term format setting form. If we check the non-duplicate checkbox, It will filter the duplicated term when we display multiple terms.
