When I create a ticket via website, e-mails are sent to subscribers always as text, all HTML formatting are lost, causing great difficulty reading.
At the same time, when a ticket is created via e-mail, it never comes as HTML, and the HTML file is stored in a "noname*.html".
Also, if the ticket created by e-mail have an embed image, it is completely encrypted, making visualization impossible. Thus, it is never possible to attach pictures on tickets created by email.
